Bijita Mistry, PT, DPT
Bijita Mistry received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in 2022. Following graduation, she was eager to fulfill her passion in working with sports-related injuries in addition to orthopedic, post-surgical, and neuromuscular conditions across a wide-variety of ages in the outpatient orthopedic field. Bijita specializes in treating the scoliosis population including non-painful scoliosis, hyper kyphosis, and other spinal disorders using the Rigo-Concept BSPTS. She believes in the importance of providing children and adults with the opportunity for movement and strong postural control during daily life activities.
Bijita is passionate in furthering her education and researching new approaches to help her patients. She prides herself in using manual techniques and evidence-based treatments to aid in her patient’s rehabilitation. She believes in listening to patients to deliver personalized care to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
In her spare time, Bijita enjoys going on hikes with her husband and dogs, trying out new restaurants, and traveling.
